My name is Mea,
I have been in practice with the subtle body, through the languages of Polarity Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and the ancestral practices of Seeing which intertwine through generations of my lineage, for over 25 years.

I am a white, Queer, Trans, student of Spirit and reverent learner and practitioner of the body. I am committed to holding the practices I have been initiated into with reverence and respect for their sources, and to work in service to them as they were originally intended, as tools for individual and collective liberation.

From bodywork to group meditation and trainings, these offerings are in service to your remembrance; of alignment of your body and your spirit, of your radical (to the root) embodiment, of your inner peace and balance, and of the sacred essence of You.
