Bodywork Sessions
I draw on an integrative blend of Polarity Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage Reiki, along with my ancestral practice of Seeing, to craft sessions that meet you in the moment you are in, in your body, mind and spirit. Bodywork is a potent way of holding presence and giving resourced care. To support you in your arrival on the table, I may offer meditations or elements of Yoga Nidra to facilitate your relaxation and connection within yourself. Each session is collaborative and trauma-informed centering your experience, your inherent wisdom, and your knowing of and returning you to your unique and precious alignment.

CranioSacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy and Traditional Japanese Reiki are all light touch/deep work modalities that center the interrelationship of the physical body and the subtle patterns of mind, emotion, energy and spirit.
With in-person session work we can support the release of physical patterns of restriction and tension, tend the subtle body currents with precision and care, and support a deep meditative experience through the inherent power of co-regulation and co-meditative states.

Each session is a customized blend of all three modalities and is as unique as each person, in each moment of their lives. Session experiences range from deeply technical support of the physical body and relief of tension patterns, to relaxing and restorative nervous system care, to
co-meditative experiences of the subtle body and trance. Sessions are co-created centering the experience and goals of each client, to meet you with care for all of you.
Distance Sessions
Distance Sessions draw on the meditative experience of interconnection that is possible and available to us at all times.
Distance Sessions follow the arc of an in-person session, first setting a mindful container and supporting you in your arrival and grounding into your body and intentions, and then moving through a co-created and co-meditative experience of receiving care.
In Distance Sessions I draw on the resonance of Heart Ki within the system of Usui Reiki, which is not about traversing distance but about transcending the illusion of distance. (Heart Ki, the unification of the individual Divine and the Universal Divine - "if I am divinity, and everything is divinity, then we must be All One"

Into this divine resonance of All, we can draw on the tools of the specific, calling in specific elements, visualizations and practices to support you in your unique goals.
